The Diodes Incorporated PI3A2268ZMEX is a dual 2:1 analog multiplexer/demultiplexer featuring SPDT switch circuitry. Each of the two circuits offers a maximum on-state resistance of 750mOhm with excellent channel-to-channel matching of 50mOhm. This device operates from a single supply voltage ranging from 1.65V to 4.2V, making it suitable for low-voltage applications. With a -3dB bandwidth of 84MHz and low crosstalk of -110dB at 1MHz, it is well-suited for signal routing in consumer electronics, industrial control systems, and portable devices. The low charge injection of 50pC and minimal leakage current of 1µA contribute to its performance in sensitive signal paths. Packaged in a compact 10-UQFN (1.4x1.8mm) and supplied on tape and reel, the PI3A2268ZMEX supports surface mount assembly. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
