Cree LED XLamp® XQ-D Series White LED, part number XQDAWT-00-0000-00000LDE7. This warm white LED features a 3000K color temperature with a typical Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 80. Operating at a forward voltage of 3.1V (typ) and a test current of 350mA, it delivers 111 lumens with a luminous efficacy of 102 lm/W. The LED has a maximum forward current capability of 700mA and a wide viewing angle of 145°.
