Cree LED XMLEZW-00-0000-0D00T635H from the XLamp® XM-L EasyWhite™ series offers warm white illumination with a 3500K color temperature, specified by a 2-Step MacAdam Ellipse for tight chromaticity control. This surface-mount component, housed in a 2020 (5050 Metric) package, delivers a typical luminous flux of 290 lumens at 350mA and 85°C, with a luminous efficacy of 69 lm/W.
