Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 Series Cool White LED. This 5000K, 3-Step MacAdam Ellipse LED offers a 120° viewing angle and a high CRI of 90. Available in 6V and 12V configurations, it supports maximum currents of 3A and 1.5A respectively, with typical test currents of 1.4A and 700mA. At 700mA and 85°C, it achieves a luminous flux of 755 lumens (730lm ~ 780lm), yielding 90 lm/W. The component is housed in a 2020 (5050 Metric) SMD package, measuring 5.00mm x 5.00mm with a maximum seated height of 3.71mm. This surface-mount device is supplied on a Tape & Reel (TR).
