Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 series white emitter, XHP50A-01-0000-0D0UF445G, offers neutral white illumination with a 4500K color temperature, defined by a 3-step MacAdam ellipse for tight color consistency. This SMD component, housed in a 5050 metric package, provides a wide 120° viewing angle. It supports dual voltage operation at 6V or 12V, with maximum drive currents of 3A and 1.5A respectively. Tested at 1.4A and 700mA, it achieves a luminous efficacy of 90 lm/W. Typical luminous flux at 85°C and test current is 755 lumens, with a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 90. This component is suitable for demanding lighting applications across general illumination, industrial, and automotive sectors. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
