Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 Series LED. This cool white, 5000K component features a 3-step MacAdam ellipse for tight color consistency. Designed for surface mounting, it utilizes a 2020 (5050 Metric) SMD package with a broad 120° viewing angle. The XHP50A-01-0000-0D0UF250G supports dual voltage operation with typical forward voltages of 6V and 12V. Test current is specified at 1.4A for the 6V configuration and 700mA for the 12V configuration, with maximums of 3A and 1.5A respectively. At 1.4A test current, it delivers a typical luminous flux of 705 lumens with a high CRI of 90, resulting in 84 lumens per watt. This component is widely adopted in lighting and automotive applications. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
