The Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 series delivers exceptional efficacy and lumen density in a compact 5.00mm x 5.00mm footprint. This neutral white LED, with a correlated color temperature of 4000K and a 90 CRI, is engineered with a 2-Step MacAdam Ellipse for tight color binning. Designed for surface mounting, the XHP50A-01-0000-0D0UF240H supports dual voltage operation (6V and 12V) with maximum currents of 3A and 1.5A respectively, and a test current of 1.4A/700mA. At a test current of 1.4A, it produces 705 lumens with an efficacy of 84 lm/W. The wide 120° viewing angle makes it suitable for general lighting applications, automotive lighting, and high-bay lighting solutions. Packaged on tape and reel, this component is supplied in the 2020 (5050 Metric) SMD package.
