Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 series, part number XHP50A-01-0000-0D0UF240G. This neutral white LED features a correlated color temperature of 4000K within a 3-step MacAdam ellipse. Designed for surface mount applications, it is housed in a 2020 (5050 Metric) package measuring 5.00mm x 5.00mm. With a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 90, it provides excellent color fidelity. This component offers dual voltage capabilities with typical forward voltages of 6V and 12V, and supports maximum currents of 3A and 1.5A, with test currents specified at 1.4A and 700mA.
