The Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 is a high-power LED designed for demanding illumination applications. This neutral white component features a correlated color temperature (CCT) of 4500K and a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 80, delivering excellent color accuracy. It offers versatile operation with forward voltage options of 6V and 12V, supporting maximum currents of 3A and 1.5A respectively. Tested at 1.4A and 700mA, it produces a luminous flux of 935 lumens at 85°C, achieving an efficacy of 111 lm/W. The LED is housed in a 2020 (5050 Metric) SMD package, measuring 5.00mm x 5.00mm with a seated height of 3.71mm, and a wide 120° viewing angle. Suitable for surface mounting, this component is supplied on tape and reel. The XHP50 series finds application in outdoor lighting, industrial lighting, and automotive lighting.
