Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 Series XHP50A-01-0000-0D0HG227H is a high-power LED designed for demanding lighting applications. This warm white LED provides a correlated color temperature of 2700K, specified within a 2-step MacAdam ellipse for excellent color consistency. With a typical forward voltage of 6V or 12V, it supports high-efficiency operation at test currents of 1.4A and 700mA, delivering up to 810 lumens at 85°C. The component features a wide 120° viewing angle and a CRI of 80, ensuring high-quality illumination. Packaged in a 5050 metric (2020) SMD footprint, it is supplied on tape and reel for automated assembly. This device is suitable for general illumination, architectural lighting, and industrial lighting sectors. Maximum continuous currents of 3A and 1.5A are supported depending on thermal management.
