The Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 Series LED offers a high-performance cool white illumination solution with a correlated color temperature (CCT) of 5700K. This surface-mount device, packaged in a 2020 (5050 Metric) footprint, provides a 120° viewing angle. Designed for demanding applications, it supports multiple current options, with a typical test current of 1.4A and a maximum current of 3A. At 1.4A, it delivers 1160 lumens with a luminous efficacy of 138 lm/W. The forward voltage is rated at 6V or 12V depending on the configuration.
