The Cree LED XLamp® XHP50 is a high-power LED component designed for demanding lighting applications. This Warm White variant, with a Correlated Color Temperature (CCT) of 3000K and a CRI of 70, offers a nominal forward voltage of 6V or 12V and a maximum forward current capability of up to 3A or 1.5A respectively, depending on the configuration. Tested at 1.4A and 700mA, it achieves a luminous flux of 935 lumens (typical) with a luminous efficacy of 111 lm/W. Featuring a wide 120° viewing angle, this SMD component is housed in a 2020 (5050 Metric) package, measuring 5.00mm x 5.00mm with a seated height of 3.71mm. It is supplied on tape and reel for automated assembly. This component is suitable for use in general illumination, architectural lighting, and automotive lighting sectors.
