The Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 is a high-output white LED designed for demanding lighting applications. This surface-mount component, packaged in a 2020 (5050 Metric) footprint, offers exceptional luminous efficacy with a typical rating of 138 lm/W at its test current. Featuring a cool white color temperature of 6500K and a wide 120° viewing angle, it delivers 1160 lumens at 1.4A (tested at 25°C). The XHP50 supports dual-voltage operation, with forward voltages of 6V and 12V, and can handle maximum currents of 3A or 1.5A depending on the configuration. Its robust thermal performance and high lumen output make it suitable for general illumination, automotive lighting, and industrial lighting sectors.
