The Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 is a high-power ceramic LED designed for demanding illumination applications. This white, cool variant features a correlated color temperature (CCT) of 6000K and operates with forward voltages of 6V and 12V, supporting maximum currents of 3A and 1.5A respectively. Tested at 1.4A and 700mA, the XHP50 delivers characteristic luminous flux of 1160 lumens at 85°C with a typical efficacy of 138 lm/W. Its compact 2020 (5050 Metric) SMD package measures 0.197" x 0.197" (5.00mm x 5.00mm) with a seated height of 0.146" (3.71mm), and offers a broad 120° viewing angle. The XHP50 is suitable for general lighting, automotive, and industrial lighting sectors, supplied in Tape & Reel packaging.
