Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 Series LED, XHP50A-01-0000-0D00J20CB. This cool white LED features a correlated color temperature (CCT) of 6500K and a wide 120° viewing angle. Designed for surface mounting, it utilizes a 2020 (5050 Metric) package. The component supports dual voltage operation with typical forward voltages of 6V and 12V. It can handle a maximum current of 3A or 1.5A, with test currents specified at 1.4A and 700mA. At 1.4A test current (700mA), it delivers a luminous flux of 1080 lumens with a luminous efficacy of 129 lm/W. This high-performance LED is suitable for applications in general lighting, automotive, and industrial illumination. Supplied in tape and reel packaging.
