The Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 is a high-power LED designed for demanding illumination applications. This component offers a neutral white light with a correlated color temperature (CCT) of 4500K. It features a wide 120° viewing angle and is packaged in a 2020 (5050 Metric) SMD format, suitable for surface mounting. The XHP50 supports dual voltage operation, with typical forward voltages of 6V and 12V, and can be driven at maximum currents of 3A or 1.5A. Tested at 1.4A and 700mA, it delivers 1005 lumens with a luminous efficacy of 120 lm/W. The XHP50 is commonly utilized in general lighting, architectural lighting, and industrial lighting sectors.
