Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 series, part number XHP50A-00-0000-0D0UG240H. This neutral white LED offers a 4000K color temperature with a 2-step MacAdam ellipse for tight color control. It features a high 90 CRI for excellent color rendering. Available in 6V and 12V configurations, it supports maximum currents of 3A and 1.5A respectively, with typical test currents of 1.4A and 700mA. At 700mA test current, it delivers 810 lumens (typical) with 96 lm/W efficacy. The viewing angle is 120°. The component is housed in a 5050 metric (2020) SMD package with a surface mount type and is supplied on tape and reel. This LED is suitable for general lighting, automotive, and industrial applications requiring high lumen output and precise color.
