Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 Series LED, part number XHP50A-00-0000-0D0UG240G. This neutral white LED features a 4000K color temperature with a 3-step MacAdam ellipse binning for excellent color consistency. Designed for surface mounting, it utilizes a 2020 (5050 Metric) SMD package. Capable of handling a maximum current of 3A or 1.5A, with typical test currents of 1.4A and 700mA, it offers forward voltages of 6V and 12V respectively. At 1.4A test current, it delivers a typical luminous flux of 810 lumens with 96 lm/W efficacy. The viewing angle is 120°.
