Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 series high-power LED, part number XHP50A-00-0000-0D0UG20E4. This neutral white LED features a correlated color temperature (CCT) of 4500K and a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 90, delivering excellent color fidelity. Designed for demanding applications, it offers dual voltage operation at 6V and 12V with maximum currents of 3A and 1.5A respectively. Tested at 1.4A and 700mA, it achieves a typical luminous flux of 810 lumens at 85°C, with a luminous efficacy of 96 lm/W. The LED is housed in a 2020 (5050 Metric) SMD package, measuring 5.00mm x 5.00mm, with a seated height of 3.71mm. It provides a wide 120° viewing angle. Commonly utilized in automotive lighting, industrial lighting, and general illumination sectors. Supplied in Tape & Reel packaging.
