Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 Series, XHP50A-00-0000-0D0UF40E1. This cool white LED offers a CCT of 6500K with a high CRI of 90. Designed for surface mounting, it features a 120° viewing angle and is housed in a 2020 (5050 Metric) SMD package. The component supports forward voltages of 6V and 12V, with typical test currents of 1.4A and 700mA, capable of maximum currents up to 3A and 1.5A respectively. At 700mA test current and 85°C, it delivers 755 lumens. This component is suitable for applications requiring high-performance white illumination. It is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging.
