Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 Series LED. This high-power white LED offers a cool white light with a Correlated Color Temperature (CCT) of 5000K and a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 90. Designed for surface mounting, it features a 2020 (5050 Metric) package with dimensions of 0.197" x 0.197" (5.00mm x 5.00mm) and a seated height of 0.146" (3.71mm). The XHP50A-00-0000-0D0UF20E3 supports dual voltage configurations, operating at 6V or 12V, with maximum forward currents of 3A and 1.5A respectively. At a test current of 1.4A (6V) or 700mA (12V), it delivers a typical luminous flux of 705 lumens with 84 lm/W efficacy. The viewing angle is 120°.
