Cree LED Xlamp® XHP50 Series White LED, XHP50A-00-0000-0D0BJ20E1. This high-power LED offers a cool white 6500K color temperature with a typical CRI of 70. It supports dual-voltage operation with forward voltages of 6V and 12V, and maximum currents of 3A or 1.5A, respectively. Tested at 1.4A (6V) and 700mA (12V), it delivers 1080 lumens (typical) at 85°C, achieving a luminous efficacy of 129 lm/W. The LED features a wide 120° viewing angle and is housed in a 2020 (5050 Metric) surface-mount package measuring 5.00mm x 5.00mm. Its seated height is a maximum of 3.71mm. The component is supplied on a Tape & Reel (TR) for automated assembly. Applications include general lighting, industrial lighting, and automotive lighting.
