Cree LED XLamp® XHP50 Series Cool White LED, part number XHP50A-00-0000-0D0BJ20CB. This high-power LED features a correlated color temperature (CCT) of 6500K with a 70 CRI. It is designed for surface mounting in a 2020 (5050 Metric) package, measuring 0.197" x 0.197" (5.00mm x 5.00mm) with a seated height of 0.146" (3.71mm). The LED offers a wide 120° viewing angle. It supports dual voltage configurations with a typical forward voltage of 12V at 700mA or 6V at 1.4A. At 700mA (12V configuration), it produces a luminous flux of 1080 lumens with a luminous efficacy of 129 lm/W. Maximum forward current capabilities are 1.5A for the 12V configuration and 3A for the 6V configuration. This component is supplied on a Tape & Reel (TR) for optimized manufacturing processes.
