Cree LED XLamp® XM-L series XMLCTW-A2-0000-00C3ACB02 is a surface-mount RGBW LED designed for color-tunable lighting applications. This 2020 (5050 Metric) package houses individual emitters for Red (625nm), Green (528nm), Blue (458nm), and Cool White (6850K) with typical forward voltages of 2.25V (Red), 3.3V (Green), 3.1V (Blue), and 3.1V (White). At a test current of 350mA, the luminous flux is rated at 67lm (Red), 101lm (Green), 27lm (Blue), and 110lm (White). The component exhibits luminous efficacy up to 101 lm/W (White) at 350mA and 25°C. The maximum continuous drive current is 1A for each color. The viewing angle is 130°. This component is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging and is utilized in architectural lighting, entertainment lighting, and general illumination.
