The Cree LED XLamp® XM-L XMLCTW-A2-0000-00C3ACA03 offers four-color (RGBW) LED illumination capabilities in a 2020 (5050 metric) SMD package. This component provides distinct wavelength outputs of 625nm for Red, 528nm for Green, 458nm for Blue, and a cool white at 6850K. Designed for surface mounting, it features typical forward voltages of 2.25V (Red), 3.3V (Green), 3.1V (Blue), and 3.1V (White). Maximum continuous current handling is 1A across all colors, with test currents at 350mA yielding luminous efficacy figures of 85 lm/W (Red), 87 lm/W (Green), 25 lm/W (Blue), and 101 lm/W (White).
