Cree LED XLamp® XM-L RGBW XMLCTW-A2-0000-00C3ABC02 is a surface-mount LED designed for high-performance color mixing. This component features individual emitters for Red (625nm), Green (528nm), Blue (458nm), and Cool White (6850K) within a single 5.00mm x 5.00mm (2020 metric) package. Each color channel supports a maximum current of 1A, with typical test conditions at 350mA demonstrating luminous efficacy up to 101 lm/W for White. Forward voltage characteristics are 2.25V (Red), 3.3V (Green), and 3.1V (Blue/White) at 350mA. The device offers a broad 130° viewing angle and is supplied on tape and reel.
