Cree LED XLamp® XM-L XMLCTW-A2-0000-00C3AAA03 is a high-power, four-die surface-mount LED package offering independent control of red, green, blue, and cool white emitters. This component provides a combined luminous flux of 304 lumens (typical) at a test current of 350mA and 25°C, with efficacy ratings up to 101 lm/W for the white die. The red die emits at 625nm, green at 528nm, blue at 458nm, and the white die is specified at 6850K. Designed for high-volume applications, it supports a maximum continuous drive current of 1A per die. The 2020 (5050 Metric) package measures 5.00mm x 5.00mm with a seated height of 3.15mm and a broad 130° viewing angle. Typical forward voltages are 2.25V (Red), 3.3V (Green), and 3.1V (Blue/White). This LED is commonly utilized in architectural lighting, automotive lighting, and general illumination solutions requiring precise color mixing and high light output.
