Cree LED XLamp® XM-L RGBW LED, XMLCTW-A2-0000-00C2AAAB1. This high-power LED package integrates individual Red, Green, Blue, and Neutral White (4000K) emitters within a 5.00mm x 5.00mm footprint. Optimized for color mixing, it offers 625nm Red, 528nm Green, 458nm Blue, and 83 lm/W White luminous efficacy at 350mA test current. Maximum drive current is 1A per channel. The forward voltage characteristics are 2.25V (Red), 3.3V (Green), 3.1V (Blue), and 3.1V (White). With a 130° viewing angle and a maximum seated height of 3.15mm, this component is ideal for demanding lighting applications including architectural lighting, entertainment lighting, and general illumination systems. Supplied on tape and reel for efficient surface mounting.
