Cree LED XLamp® XM-L XMLCTW-A0-0000-00C3ACBA1 is a high-performance, surface-mount LED designed for diverse lighting applications. This RGBW (Red, Green, Blue, White) component integrates individual emitters with distinct wavelengths: 625nm for Red, 528nm for Green, 458nm for Blue, and a cool 6850K for White. Packaged in a 2020 (5050 Metric) SMD, it measures 0.197" x 0.197" (5.00mm x 5.00mm) with a maximum seated height of 0.124" (3.15mm).
Tested at 350mA, the LED exhibits luminous flux of 67lm (Red), 101lm (Green), 27lm (Blue), and 110lm (White), with corresponding efficacy ratings of 85 lm/W (Red), 87 lm/W (Green), 25 lm/W (Blue), and 101 lm/W (White) at 25°C. Forward voltage at typical test conditions is 2.25V for Red, 3.3V for Green, and 3.1V for Blue and White. The component supports a maximum continuous current of 1A per color. With a broad 130° viewing angle, this LED is suitable for color-tunable lighting, architectural lighting, and general illumination systems. Supplied on a tape and reel.
