Cree LED XLamp® XM-L RGBW surface mount LED (XMLCTW-A0-0000-00C3ACAA1). This component features four individually controllable emitters: Red (625nm), Green (528nm), Blue (458nm), and Cool White (6850K). It is supplied in a 2020 (5050 Metric) package measuring 5.00mm x 5.00mm with a maximum seated height of 3.15mm. Typical forward voltages are 2.25V (Red), 3.3V (Green), and 3.1V (Blue/White). The LED achieves luminous efficacy of up to 101 lm/W (White) at 350mA test current. Maximum continuous drive current is rated at 1A for each color. Luminous flux at 350mA is 67lm (Red), 101lm (Green), 27lm (Blue), and 110lm (White). The viewing angle is 130°. This component is utilized in architectural lighting, entertainment lighting, and general illumination applications. Supplied on Tape & Reel (TR).
