Cree LED XLamp® XM-L series XMLCTW-A0-0000-00C3AAAA1. This RGBW LED component features individual emitters for Red (625nm), Green (528nm), Blue (458nm), and Cool White (6850K). Designed for surface mounting, it utilizes a 2020 (5050 Metric) package with dimensions of 0.197" L x 0.197" W (5.00mm x 5.00mm) and a maximum seated height of 0.124" (3.15mm). Under test conditions of 350mA, typical forward voltages are 2.25V (Red), 3.3V (Green), 3.1V (Blue), and 3.1V (White), delivering luminous flux outputs of 67lm (Red), 101lm (Green), 27lm (Blue), and 110lm (White).
