Cree LED XLamp® XM-L Series XMLCTW-A0-0000-00C2ABBB1 is a 4-in-1 RGBW LED designed for high-performance lighting applications. This surface-mount device features individual emitters for Red (625nm), Green (528nm), Blue (458nm), and Neutral White (4000K). It supports a maximum drive current of 1A per channel, with typical forward voltages of 2.25V (Red), 3.3V (Green), and 3.1V (Blue/White). At a test current of 350mA and 25°C, luminous flux is rated at 67lm (Red), 101lm (Green), 27lm (Blue), and 90lm (White), with corresponding efficacy figures of 85 lm/W (Red), 87 lm/W (Green), 25 lm/W (Blue), and 83 lm/W (White). The component is housed in a 5.00mm x 5.00mm footprint (2020 metric) with a maximum seated height of 3.15mm and a wide 130° viewing angle. It is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging.
