Cree LED XLamp® XM-L RGBW LED, part number XMLCTW-A0-0000-00C2AACB1, offers a versatile four-color (Red, Green, Blue, White) solution in a 2020 (5050 Metric) SMD package. This component features distinct peak wavelengths of 625nm for red, 528nm for green, and 458nm for blue, complemented by a neutral white emission at 4000K. Designed for surface mounting, it measures 5.00mm x 5.00mm with a seated height of 3.15mm. Typical forward voltages are 2.25V (Red), 3.3V (Green), and 3.1V (Blue and White). At a test current of 350mA, luminous flux figures are 67lm (Red), 101lm (Green), 27lm (Blue), and 90lm (White), with corresponding luminous efficacy of 85 lm/W (Red), 87 lm/W (Green), 25 lm/W (Blue), and 83 lm/W (White). Maximum drive current is specified at 1A for each color. The LED provides a wide 130° viewing angle.
