Cree LED XLamp® CXA3070, a Cool White Chip On Board (COB) LED, offers a luminous flux of 9250 lumens (typical) at 1.925A and 85°C test conditions. This component features a 27.35mm x 27.35mm footprint with a 1.70mm height, housing a 23.00mm diameter Light Emitting Surface (LES). The 6500K color temperature is delivered with a 70 CRI and a 4-step MacAdam ellipse binning for consistent color. Operating at a typical forward voltage of 38.5V and a maximum current of 2.8A, the CXA3070 achieves a luminous efficacy of 125 lm/W. Its square configuration and flat lens provide a broad 115° viewing angle, making it suitable for general lighting, architectural lighting, and industrial illumination applications.
