Cree LED XLamp® CXA1520 Series white LED module. This Chip On Board (COB) component offers a 3500K correlated color temperature with a 2-step MacAdam ellipse, ensuring excellent color consistency. It features a square light-emitting surface (LES) with an 8.90mm diameter, delivering 1538 lumens at 500mA test current and 35V forward voltage. The module boasts a luminous efficacy of 88 lm/W at 85°C test temperature. Designed for high-power illumination applications, the CXA1520 is suitable for use in commercial lighting, architectural lighting, and industrial lighting sectors.
