The Cree LED XLamp® CXA1520 is a high-efficacy LED array designed for demanding lighting applications. This warm white COB array features a 3500K color temperature with a 2-step MacAdam ellipse binning and a high CRI of 93, ensuring excellent color quality. It delivers 1433 lumens at a test current of 500mA and 85°C, with a luminous efficacy of 82 lm/W. The CXA1520 has a maximum drive current of 900mA and a typical forward voltage of 35V. Its square form factor, with a 15.85mm x 15.85mm footprint and an 8.90mm diameter Light Emitting Surface (LES), is suitable for a wide viewing angle of 115°.
