The Cree LED XLamp® CXA1520 is a high-power Chip On Board (COB) LED designed for demanding lighting applications. This warm white LED features a CCT of 3000K, specified within a 3-step MacAdam ellipse for tight color consistency. With a high CRI of 93, it delivers excellent color rendering. The CXA1520 offers a typical forward voltage of 36V at a test current of 500mA, achieving 80 lm/W efficacy. At 500mA and 85°C, it produces a luminous flux of 1433 lumens. The component has a square Light Emitting Surface (LES) with an 8.90mm diameter and a flat lens type, providing a 115° viewing angle. The maximum rated current is 900mA. This LED is suitable for use in applications requiring high lumen output and superior color quality, such as commercial and residential lighting. Supplied in trays.
