The Cree LED XLamp® CXA1520 is a high-efficacy, high-output LED array designed for demanding lighting applications. This Chip On Board (COB) component features a warm white color temperature of 3000K with a 4-step MacAdam ellipse for tight color consistency. Delivering a luminous flux of 1433 lumens at a test current of 500mA and 85°C, it achieves 82 lm/W. With a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 93, it accurately renders colors. The CXA1520 operates at a maximum current of 900mA and a typical forward voltage of 35V. Its square configuration and 8.90mm diameter Light Emitting Surface (LES) are housed within a 15.85mm x 15.85mm footprint with a low profile of 1.70mm.
