Cree LED XLamp® CXA1520 Series LED COB, CXA1520-0000-000N0YK430G, delivers exceptional luminous efficacy and high light output in a compact, square form factor. This component features a 3000K correlated color temperature within a 3-step MacAdam ellipse binning, ensuring tight color consistency. With a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 93, it provides excellent color quality, making it suitable for applications requiring accurate color reproduction. Operating at a typical forward voltage of 36V and a maximum current of 900mA, it achieves luminous flux of 1335 lumens at 500mA test current and 85°C, with an efficacy of 74 lm/W. The 8.90mm diameter Light Emitting Surface (LES) and 115° viewing angle, combined with a flat lens type, offer efficient light distribution. This Chip On Board (COB) LED is packaged in a tray and is utilized in general lighting, architectural lighting, and retail display applications.
