The Cree LED XLamp® CXA1520 is a high-flux LED array designed for demanding lighting applications. This Warm White variant, with a Correlated Color Temperature (CCT) of 3000K and a 3-Step MacAdam Ellipse, delivers exceptional color quality with a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 93. The component features a square Light Emitting Surface (LES) with an 8.90mm diameter, providing a uniform light distribution with a 115° viewing angle. Operating at a maximum current of 900mA, it achieves a luminous flux of 1245 lumens at a test current of 500mA and 85°C, with a luminous efficacy of 69 lm/W. The CXA1520 has a forward voltage of 36V (typical) and measures 15.85mm x 15.85mm with a height of 1.55mm. This Chip On Board (COB) LED is suitable for luminaires, architectural lighting, and general illumination. Supplied in a tray.
