Cree LED XLamp® CXA1520 Series Chip On Board (COB) LED, part number CXA1520-0000-000N0YK227F. This warm white LED module features a 2700K correlated color temperature with a 4-step MacAdam ellipse binning and a high CRI of 93, delivering excellent color quality. Optimized for lighting applications, it produces a typical luminous flux of 1245 lumens at 500mA test current and 85°C, with a luminous efficacy of 71 lm/W. The square Light Emitting Surface (LES) measures 8.90mm in diameter, integrated into a 15.85mm x 15.85mm footprint with a low profile of 1.70mm. Designed for operation up to 900mA, it exhibits a typical forward voltage of 35V. Its 115° viewing angle and flat lens are suitable for general illumination, architectural lighting, and retail display applications. Supplied in trays.
