Cree LED XLamp® CXA1520 Series Chip On Board (COB) LED, model CXA1520-0000-000N0UN250H. This cool white LED features a 5000K color temperature with a 2-step MacAdam ellipse binning and a high CRI of 90. Optimized for demanding illumination applications, it delivers 1650 lumens at 500mA and 85°C, with a luminous efficacy of 94 lm/W. The CXA1520 has a maximum drive current of 900mA and a typical forward voltage of 35V. Its square light-emitting surface (LES) measures 8.90mm in diameter. The compact footprint is 15.85mm x 15.85mm with a height of 1.70mm, complemented by a flat lens and a 115° viewing angle. Commonly utilized in directional lighting, high-bay lighting, and architectural lighting solutions. Supplied in trays.
