The Cree LED XLamp® CXA1520 is a high-performance Chip On Board (COB) LED designed for demanding lighting applications. Featuring a square Light Emitting Surface (LES) of 8.90mm diameter, this component delivers 1433 lumens at a test current of 500mA and 85°C. With a forward voltage of 36V (typical) and a maximum current rating of 900mA, it achieves a luminous efficacy of 80 lm/W at the test conditions. The CXA1520 operates at a neutral white color temperature of 4000K, specified within a 3-step MacAdam ellipse, and boasts a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 90 for accurate color reproduction. Its flat lens type and 115° viewing angle ensure uniform light distribution. This component is suitable for use in luminaires, architectural lighting, and high-bay lighting systems.
