The Cree LED XLamp® CXA1520 is a high-performance Chip On Board (COB) LED designed for demanding lighting applications. This cool white LED, with a correlated color temperature of 5000K and a 2-step MacAdam ellipse, delivers a typical luminous flux of 2033 lumens at 500mA and 85°C, achieving a luminous efficacy of 116 lm/W at the test current. Featuring a 15.85mm x 15.85mm footprint with a 1.70mm height and an 8.90mm diameter Light Emitting Surface (LES), the CXA1520 offers a 115° viewing angle with a flat lens. It is rated for a maximum forward current of 900mA and a typical forward voltage of 35V. The XLamp® CXA1520 series is utilized across various industries including general illumination, architectural lighting, and specialty lighting where high light output and consistent color are critical.
