The Cree LED XLamp® CXA1520 is a Cool White Chip On Board (COB) LED offering a 5000K correlated color temperature and a high efficacy of 101 lm/W at 500mA test current. This component features a square light-emitting surface (LES) with an 8.90mm diameter within a 15.85mm x 15.85mm package. Designed for demanding lighting applications, it operates with a typical forward voltage of 35V and a maximum current of 900mA, producing a luminous flux of 1770 lumens at the specified test conditions. With a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 80 and a broad 115° viewing angle, the CXA1520 is suitable for use in architectural lighting, industrial luminaires, and general illumination systems.
