Cree LED XLamp® CXA1520 is a high-performance LED Chip On Board (COB) designed for demanding lighting applications. This neutral white LED features a 4000K color temperature, specified with a 3-step MacAdam ellipse for excellent color consistency. The square light-emitting surface (LES) measures 8.90mm in diameter, contributing to a 115° viewing angle. Operating at a typical forward voltage of 36V and a maximum current of 900mA, it achieves 92 lm/W at 500mA test current and 85°C. The luminous flux is rated at 1650 lumens. With a CRI of 80, this component is suitable for general illumination, architectural lighting, and industrial applications. The dimensions are 15.85mm x 15.85mm with a height of 1.55mm.
