The Cree LED XLamp® CXA1520 is a High Density Chip On Board (COB) LED, part number CXA1520-0000-000N00P235H. This warm white LED features a square light-emitting surface (LES) with a diameter of 8.90mm and a 115° viewing angle. Operating at a typical forward voltage of 35V and a test current of 500mA, it achieves a luminous efficacy of 108 lm/W at 85°C. The luminous flux at 500mA/85°C is 1898 lumens. This component is designed for 3500K correlated color temperature with a 2-step MacAdam ellipse binning and a CRI of 70. Maximum continuous drive current is 900mA.
