The Cree LED XLamp® CXA1520 is a high-flux, high-efficacy LED array in a 15.85mm x 15.85mm package. This warm white COB LED features a 3500K CCT with a 3-step MacAdam ellipse for tight color consistency. With a CRI of 80, it delivers 105 lm/W at 500mA and 85°C, producing 1898 lumens. Designed for demanding applications, it supports a maximum drive current of 900mA and a typical forward voltage of 36V. The square light-emitting surface (LES) measures 8.90mm in diameter and features a flat lens. This component is suitable for lighting solutions in commercial, industrial, and architectural applications. Supplied in a tray.
