The Cree LED XLamp® CXA1520 is a high-performance Chip On Board (COB) LED module designed for demanding lighting applications. This neutral white LED, with a Correlated Color Temperature (CCT) of 4000K and a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 70, offers a square light-emitting surface (LES) of 8.90mm diameter. Operating at a test current of 500mA, it achieves a luminous flux of 1898 lumens and an efficacy of 108 lm/W at 85°C. The module supports a maximum drive current of 900mA and has a typical forward voltage of 35V.
