The Cree LED XLamp® CXA1520 is a high-performance Chip On Board (COB) LED designed for demanding illumination applications. This warm white LED features a 3000K color temperature with a 3-step MacAdam ellipse for excellent color consistency. Delivering 1650 lumens at a test current of 500mA and 85°C, it achieves an efficacy of 92 lm/W. The CXA1520 boasts a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 80, making it suitable for applications where accurate color representation is important, such as architectural lighting, retail displays, and general illumination. With a maximum drive current of 900mA and a forward voltage of 36V (typical), this square-configuration LED has a Light Emitting Surface (LES) diameter of 8.90mm. Its compact 15.85mm x 15.85mm footprint and a height of 1.55mm facilitate integration into various luminaire designs. The flat lens provides a wide 115° viewing angle. This component is supplied in trays.
